Pedro Ximenez is the grape variety from which the delicious sweet PX sherry is made. This vinegar, the Don Millan from the house of Valderrama, also has delightful notes of dried PX grapes. Sweet and with a pH value of 7%, a very mild acidic taste. Perfect base for dressings, sauces, or mayonnaise.
