A touch of Spain worked into a tapas croquette – that’s one way to describe this little croquette. The chorizo sausage we use is made according to a traditional recipe from Rioja. The sausage is matured for a month and has a beautifully subtle flavour thanks to smoked Spanish paprika powder, sea salt and garlic. The Pamplona type is a very fine chorizo to work with. A creamy and flavourful tapas croquette, delicious with the combination of grilled pepper, green olives and red onion. You’ll be wanting more!
