The cheese croquettes owe their delicious taste to three types of finely matured cheeses, which are freshly grated into the ragout. We prepare our cheese croquettes with Comté, matured Dutch cheese and, for an extra kick, Emmental. They are coated in panko for a light and crispy crust.
