Croquette and bitterbal with Scheldelander Zeeuws bacon. The bacon we use is traditionally prepared and comes from Scheldelander. The water in the brine of the meat is replaced with filtered Eastern Scheldt water. We finish the ragout with a herb mix and ketjap.
