Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey breaks with the conventions of what an Irish whiskey can be. Thanks to unique maturation techniques, this whiskey develops multiple layers of flavour that set it apart. Hand-selected casks of grain and malt whiskey first mature fully in ex-bourbon barrels and are then aged for up to twelve months in Central American rum casks. The result is a distinctive whiskey with a creamy vanilla sweetness, complemented by notes of rum raisins, dried apricot and a hint of warming spices. The long, smooth finish offers a well-balanced combination of sweetness, spice and oak.
