The Botanist Gin is a gin of great complexity, an avant-garde exploration of the botanical heritage of the Scottish island of Islay. During an extremely slow distillation process, 22 carefully hand-picked local botanicals join the nine traditional ingredients characteristic of gin, such as berries, barks, seeds, and peels. The result is this first and only Islay dry gin, a rare expression of the heart and soul of this remote island. An island where the connection between living and the natural world is central.
