The color of this purple bagel comes from the fresh red beet and black carrot. The black garlic adds depth to the bagel.
Bake the bagels from frozen at 200°C for about 6 minutes. Delicious with, for example, crème fraîche & smoked salmon, goat cheese & honey, or dried tomatoes & mozzarella.
