This freestanding induction wok is highly suitable for stir-frying at high temperatures or briefly cooking delicate ingredients. This model is made of stainless steel and has a compact width of 40 cm, allowing it to fit easily into any professional kitchen. The appliance is equipped with a digital display and a rotary knob that makes it easy to set the temperature within a range of 60°C to 240°C. The powerful 5 kW induction heating provides direct heat transfer to the wok pan, resulting in efficient cooking times and preservation of flavour and texture.
The induction wok is supplied with an air filter and features integrated overheating protection for safe use. The appliance is also equipped with a convenient base cabinet for storing cookware or cleaning materials. This induction wok can be used with the Select Cuisine wok pan.
