Crème fraîche
Haselnüsse

Zubereitung
- Cook the pancakes as described in the basic recipe (see basic recipe at the bottom of the page).
- Blanch the bimi.
- Braise the bimi with a chopped shallot in butter.
- Place the bimi between the pancakes and spread crème fraîche between each layer.
- Briefly toast the hazelnuts and add them along with the grated Parmesan cheese between each layer as well.
- Top with the red cabbage.
