Veggie green Pannenkoek mit Bimi, Haselnuss und Parmesankäse.

Bimi
Schalotte
Crème fraîche
Haselnüsse
eingelegter Rotkohl
Parmesankäse

Zubereitung

  1. Cook the pancakes as described in the basic recipe (see basic recipe at the bottom of the page).
  2. Blanch the bimi.
  3. Braise the bimi with a chopped shallot in butter.
  4. Place the bimi between the pancakes and spread crème fraîche between each layer.
  5. Briefly toast the hazelnuts and add them along with the grated Parmesan cheese between each layer as well.
  6. Top with the red cabbage.
