350gFlour
5Eggs (m)
500gPotato gratin
100gChorizo cubes

Preparation

  1. Briefly puree the gratin with a hand blender.
  2. Then mix with the rest of the ingredients and let it rise for 45 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into bread tins and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 170°C.
  4. Brush the bread with herb butter, heat briefly at 180°C, and serve warm.
