Ingredients

spiralizer
Salt
plastic baking rod
waxy potatoes

Preparation

  1. Use a spiralizer to cut the potato into thin strings.
  2. Grease a plastic baking rod with oil.
  3. Wrap the potato strings around the rod to form rings of the desired width.
  4. Fry the rings in oil at 140°C.
  5. Salt the potato spirals afterwards.
