Iced coffee based on Bandoeng Pandan liqueur, coconut syrup, and coconut milk.

Ingredients

70mlCoconut milk
1units.itemsEspresso
45mlBandoeng Pandan Liqueur
1units.itemsPineapple
Long drink glass
15mlMonin coconut syrup

Preparation

  1. Put the liqueur, syrup, and coconut milk with ice cubes in the blender. Blend for about 10 seconds.
  2. Pour the mixture into a highball glass.
  3. Slowly pour the espresso on top.
  4. Serve with a piece of spekkoek Pandan.
