This cocktail was once invented in America and now has been given an Asian twist. The Bandoeng’22 Mule pairs well with a dish such as Nasi Goreng.

Ingredients

40mlBandoeng'22 pandan liqueur
35mlVodka
Lime juice (half a lime)
Ginger beer
Lime wedge
fresh mint leaves
Pandan leaf
Crushed ice

Preparation

  1. Fill a copper mug with crushed ice.
  2. Add Bandoeng'22, vodka, and lime juice.
  3. Top off with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, a wedge of lime, and a pandan leaf.
