Barra Gallega is a traditional Spanish stone-baked wheat baguette with a thin, crispy crust.Top the bread and serve together with a glass of rosé. Delicious for on the terrace!.

Ingredients

Herb butter
Barra Gellega baguette
tomato tartare

Serrano ham
goat cheese, semi-dried figs & honey
roasted Ibérico meat, such as lágrimas
white tuna
Roasted pepper
sardines
manchego with fig jam and walnut
tomato tortilla

Preparation

  1. Let the bread thaw.
  2. Spread the bread all around with herb butter and bake in the oven at 180°C.
  3. Let the bread cool, slice it, and spread some tomato tartare on top.
  4. Serve with one of our serving suggestions.
