Serrano ham
goat cheese, semi-dried figs & honey
roasted Ibérico meat, such as lágrimas

Preparation
Barra Gallega
- Let the bread thaw.
- Spread the bread all around with herb butter and bake in the oven at 180°C.
- Let the bread cool, slice it, and spread some tomato tartare on top.
- Serve with one of our serving suggestions.
