Barra gallega bread with pico de gallo salsa

Traditionally stone-baked baguette from Spain and Portugal, served with a fresh tomato salsa.

Ingredients

4Tomatoes
0.25Bunch of coriander
Half red onion
0.5Salt
0.5Jalapeños
Barra galega

Preparation

  1. Score the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and cut into brunoise.
  2. Mix all ingredients as desired into a tomato salsa and season with salt and fresh lime juice.
  3. Serve with barra galega.
