Sardines with a mini pizza with muhammara and manchego

Gratinated sardines with a mini pizza with muhammara and manchego.

Ingredients

1Can of sardines in tomato sauce
30gGrated semi-mature cheese
Flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1Lemon

flammkuchen base
Muhammara
manchego (cut into cubes)
Black olives
boiled quail eggs

Preparation

  1. Open the can of sardines.
  2. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  3. Gratinate in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese is melted.
  4. Squeeze juice from the lemon and drizzle with a little lemon juice.
  5. Top with chopped parsley.

  1. Let the flammkuchen base thaw and cut out circles.
  2. Toast the flammkuchen circles in a well-greased sandwich maker. For example, use pan coating for greasing.
  3. Slice the olives into rings and cut the manchego into cubes.
  4. Pipe the muhammara onto the pizza and top with the manchego, quail eggs, and black olives.
