Gratinated sardines with a mini pizza with muhammara and manchego.Ingredients
1Can of sardines in tomato sauce
30gGrated semi-mature cheese
Flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1Lemon
flammkuchen base
Muhammara
manchego (cut into cubes)
Black olives
boiled quail eggs
Preparation
- Open the can of sardines.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Gratinate in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese is melted.
- Squeeze juice from the lemon and drizzle with a little lemon juice.
- Top with chopped parsley.
- Let the flammkuchen base thaw and cut out circles.
- Toast the flammkuchen circles in a well-greased sandwich maker. For example, use pan coating for greasing.
- Slice the olives into rings and cut the manchego into cubes.
- Pipe the muhammara onto the pizza and top with the manchego, quail eggs, and black olives.
