Brown butter made from goat's butter with smoked garlic

Delicious on toasted bread or as part of a charcuterie board!

Ingredients

125ggoat butter
1Fine salt
1.5units.itemsclove of smoked garlic
Chives
Chervil

Preparation

  1. Heat the butter with the salt to 150°C.
  2. Strain the butter using a coffee filter.
  3. Let the mixture cool.
  4. Finely chop the chives and chervil and grate some of the smoked garlic.
  5. Mix the chives, chervil, and garlic into the butter.
  6. Whip until fluffy and serve with bread.
