fresh sage leaves
crispy bacon
raw ham slices
Puff pastry
Salt
Egg yolk
Preparation
- Roll out the puff pastry. Top the puff pastry with slices of raw ham, fresh sage leaves, and the crispy bacon.
- Place a second sheet of puff pastry on top and press firmly.
- Carefully roll over the dough with a rolling pin. Tip: leave the plastic wrap on the dough to prevent sticking.
- Remove the plastic wrap.
- Cut the puff pastry into strips of the desired size.
- Twist the dough into a twister shape.
- Place the dough on a baking mat and brush with egg yolk.
- Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 180°C until golden brown and crispy.
