Cocktail based on OYESTER44 vodka, tomato juice, yuzu, Sriracha lemongrass, and Wasabi Furikake.

OYESTER44 is an original Dutch vodka from Zeeland, produced in the port of Bruinisse. The vodka is made with local flavorings such as Brabant verbena, lemon balm, potatoes, and a distillate of Zeeland oysters. The vodka has a slightly salty, fresh, full, and creamy taste and is delicious as a base for a beautiful cocktail.

120mlPure Tomato Juice

60mlOYESTER44 vodka

2Dashes Sriracha lemongrass

1Wasabi Furikake

4Dashes Dashi Iri Ponzu Yuzu

Preparation

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice.

Moisten the rim of the glass with lime and dip it in the Wasabi Furikake.
Top with a cocktail stick filled to your taste (e.g., pickle, shrimp, bacon, cucumber, spring onion sprig, etc.).
