Ingredients

80gBoneless ribs sweet & spicy
30gAtjar
1units.itemssteamed bun
15gKimchi
5gCrispy onions
10mlPonzu vinaigrette
1/8 punnet Ghoa cress
5gSpring onion
10gCucumber

Preparation

  1. Unpack the boneless ribs and place on a baking tray with parchment paper. Bake for 5 minutes at 180°C.
  2. Steam the buns for 5 minutes at 180°C.
  3. Fill the bun with kimchi, ribs, atjar, and garnish with spring onion, cucumber, crispy onions, and a little ponzu.
