100gPork belly piri piri
50gPumpkin cream with Oriental spices
20gChunky salsa
10gSmoked almonds
40gMai-phai decor
40gShiso purple
Preparation
- Portion the pork belly to the desired size and sear until crispy on both sides.
- Gently warm the salsa in a small pan.
- Roughly chop the smoked almonds.
- Serve the pumpkin cream cold.
- Arrange all ingredients nicely on the plate.
