Brioche with pistachio gelato

Gelato is an Italian classic that lends itself perfectly to surprising ways of serving.This brioche con gelato al pistacchio combines warm toasted brioche bread with creamy pistachio ice cream, vanilla, and fresh ricotta cream. For 1 serving.

Ingredients

Pistachio ice cream
Vanilla syrup
250gRicotta
Chopped pistachios
Brioche plait bun
50gCloudy lemonade

Preparation

  1. Let the brioche bun thaw, cut it open and unfold it.
  2. Spread vanilla syrup on the inside.
  3. Toast the bun for about 8 minutes in the oven at 175°C.
  4. Mix the ricotta with the cloudy lemonade until you have a smooth ricotta cream.
  5. Let the pistachio ice cream soften slightly and pipe it onto the bun using a piping bag.
  6. Garnish with the ricotta cream and chopped pistachios.
