Ossenworst sandwich with beetroot mustard and gin sauce

Nostalgic ossenworst sandwich with a sauce of beet mustard and gin.

Ingredients

white bun
Ossenworst
4eggs (m)
6Olive oil
Amsterdam onions
2units.centiliterold genever
44774Whipped cream
1pinch of horseradish
3Lemon juice
4beet mustard

Preparation

  1. Peel, boil, and finely chop the eggs.
  2. Mix with the olive oil, lemon juice, gin, and some pepper and salt.
  3. Whisk the mustard with the horseradish and cream until foamy with a whisk.
  4. Mix this into the egg mixture and finally add some chopped parsley.
  5. Mix some of this sauce (to taste) through the ossenworst.
  6. Top the bread with this and finish with the Amsterdam onions.
