Preparation
- Peel, boil, and finely chop the eggs.
- Mix with the olive oil, lemon juice, gin, and some pepper and salt.
- Whisk the mustard with the horseradish and cream until foamy with a whisk.
- Mix this into the egg mixture and finally add some chopped parsley.
- Mix some of this sauce (to taste) through the ossenworst.
- Top the bread with this and finish with the Amsterdam onions.
