Chocolate crêpes with sauce & cookie crunch

Velvety chocolate crêpes with creamy chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream, and crunchy cookie crumble.

Ingredients

400mlMilk
10gSugar
5Eggs (m)
200gFlour
20gCocoa powder
40gMelted ghee
Pinch of salt

300mlMilk
500gDark chocolate
100mlCream

vanilla ice cream
Chocolate cookies

Preparation

  1. Mix the cocoa powder with the sugar.
  2. Whisk this into the milk using a whisk.
  3. Beat the eggs and mix them into the milk until smooth.
  4. Add the flour and stir until you have a smooth batter.
  5. Add the salt and melted ghee and mix again until smooth.
  6. Let the batter rest for 25 minutes.
  7. Then bake the crêpes from the batter.

  1. Heat the milk together with the cream in a pan.
  2. Pour this mixture over the dark chocolate.
  3. Stir well until a smooth sauce forms.

  1. Crush the chocolate cookies into a fine crumble.
  2. Serve the crêpes with the chocolate sauce, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and sprinkle with the cookie crumble.
