Chocolate cake, fleur de sel and salted caramel

Serve, for example, as a small piece with coffee or cut slightly larger as a dessert.

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter with the chocolate.
  2. Mix the flour, eggs, and sugar in the food processor.
  3. Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and blend again.
  4. Pour into a tart pan.
  5. Bake in the oven at 170°C for 40 minutes.
  6. Pour some vieux over the cake.
  7. Grind a little sea salt over the cake.
  8. Cut a slice of chocolate cake, place on the plate, and pour over some salted caramel topping.
  9. Sprinkle a piece of banana with sugar, caramelize with a torch, and serve next to the chocolate cake.
