Crostini with grilled zucchini, stracciatella and olive oil

Crostini from the barbecue, with courgette stracciatella!

Ingredients

Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Herbs to taste

Lemon zest
Stracciatella

Preparation

  1. Slice the baguette.
  2. Mix olive oil with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste and brush both sides of the slices with it.
  3. Grill on the barbecue.
  4. Use a peeler to shave long ribbons of zucchini.
  5. Sprinkle the long zucchini ribbons with salt and let them sit for about 30 minutes.
  6. Rinse the zucchini ribbons with water, pat dry, and season with pepper, salt, and lemon zest.
  7. Char the zucchini ribbons with a blowtorch.
  8. Top the crostini with stracciatella and the zucchini ribbons.
