Ice cubes

Orange peel

30mlRed vermouth

30mlCampari bitter

30mlCitadelle gin

Preparation

Fill a low, sturdy tumbler (old fashioned glass) generously with ice.
Pour the Citadelle gin, red vermouth and bitters in equal parts over the ice.
Stir gently for about 20–30 seconds so the cocktail is well chilled and slightly diluted.
Squeeze a piece of orange peel over the glass to release the oils and place the peel in the glass as a garnish.
