Coconut milk
Fruit mix (dried)
Piña colada cocktail
Soft serve
Toasted coconut chips
Preparation
- Place the closed can in a pan of water.
- Bring the water to a near boil and let the can sit in the hot water for about 4 hours.
- Let it cool completely, open the can, and caramel will have formed.
- Heat the piña colada and pour it over the fruit.
- Let the fruit absorb the cocktail well and cool in the liquid.
- Spoon some of the fruit into a glass.
- Swirl the soft serve on top.
- Garnish with coconut caramel and toasted coconut chips.
