Salty Caramel, Rum Banana & Peanut soft serve

A rich and distinctive soft serve creation where sweet, salty, and a hint of rum come together.Warm rum banana and fudge-like salted caramel form the base, while golden peanuts provide crunch and contrast.

Ingredients

Rum
Banana

375mlCream
90gSalted butter
265gWhite caster sugar

Roasted peanuts
Gold powder color

Soft serve

Preparation

  1. Cut the banana into cubes.
  2. Add the rum and heat in a pan.
  3. Flambé the rum.
  4. Keep the banana in the rum.

  1. Melt everything over low heat and let it thicken slightly.

  1. Chop the peanuts and mix with a little gold powder.

  1. Spoon some salted caramel into a glass.
  2. Add the rum banana on top.
  3. Swirl the soft serve on top.
  4. Garnish with the peanuts.
