265gWhite caster sugar
Roasted peanuts
Gold powder color

Preparation
- Cut the banana into cubes.
- Add the rum and heat in a pan.
- Flambé the rum.
- Keep the banana in the rum.
- Melt everything over low heat and let it thicken slightly.
- Chop the peanuts and mix with a little gold powder.
- Spoon some salted caramel into a glass.
- Add the rum banana on top.
- Swirl the soft serve on top.
- Garnish with the peanuts.
