Ingredients: Soft serve; Amaretti Crunchy; Salt; Vincotto (raspberry vinegar); 50 g Cloudy lemonade syrup; 250 g Ricotta

A refined soft serve with creamy ricotta cream and the deep, slightly sweet notes of vincotto (raspberry vinegar).Freshness, gentle acidity and a subtle amaretti crunch complete it.

Preparation

Mix everything with a whisk until you have a smooth cream.

Pipe some ricotta cream into a glass. Swirl the soft serve on top. Pipe a few dots of ricotta cream on top. Drizzle with some vincotto. Garnish with an amaretti cookie.
