Ingredients

75mlWater
150mlCream
65gSalted butter
200gSugar
40gSkippy peanut butter

Soft serve
Pretzel balls

Preparation

  1. Heat the sugar with the water until it becomes caramel.
  2. Deglaze with the cream and let the caramel dissolve completely.
  3. Then mix in the butter and finally the peanut butter.

  1. Spoon some of the peanut butter caramel into a glass.
  2. Swirl the soft serve on top.
  3. Garnish with some more peanut sauce and finally add a few pretzel balls.
