
Coquille with shiitake
This dish consists of scallop with shiitake and tom yum dressing from Kewpie.Ingredients
1Radish
70mlpeanut oil
4Green herb oil
50mlWater
12Shiitake
12Scallops
1tray of chili cress
100mlKewpie Tom Yum dressing
Preparation
- Mix the Tom Yum with the water and oil to make a dressing.
- Sear the scallops and shiitake until golden brown in about 3 minutes.
- Slice the radish into paper-thin slices.
- Arrange the ingredients playfully on the plate and drizzle the dressing in between.
- Finish with the herb oil and cress.
