Preparation
For the couscous:
- Prepare the couscous in the vegetable stock.
- Whisk a dressing of balsamic vinegar, honey, and olive oil.
- Cut the strawberries into pieces and mix them through the couscous.
- Arrange the mixed greens on the plate and spoon the lukewarm couscous on top.
- Slice the aged Bettine blanc goat cheese with a wire cutter and place on the couscous.
- Arrange a few slices of premium raw ham on the plate.
- Slice the avocado and distribute over the couscous.
