
Black garlic aioli crackers
Crackers of black garlic aioli & manchego with a dip of warm potato & aioli.Ingredients
Brick pastry
allioli black garlic
Manchego
300gMashed potatoes
200gMilk
40gallioli olive oil
50gOlive oil
Chives
Pepper
Salt
Preparation
- Brush one side of the brick pastry with allioli using a brush.
- Grate manchego over the pastry using a fine grater.
- Place a second sheet of brick pastry on top and press firmly.
- Place on a baking mat and put a second one on top.
- Bake until crispy in the oven at 170ÀöC for about 10 minutes.
- Heat the mashed potatoes with the milk.
- Whisk well with a whisk.
- Mix in the allioli and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add finely chopped chives.
- Serve warm with the allioli crackers.
