Black garlic aioli crackers

Crackers of black garlic aioli & manchego with a dip of warm potato & aioli.

Ingredients

Brick pastry
allioli black garlic
Manchego

300gMashed potatoes
200gMilk
40gallioli olive oil
50gOlive oil
Chives
Pepper
Salt

Preparation

  1. Brush one side of the brick pastry with allioli using a brush.
  2. Grate manchego over the pastry using a fine grater.
  3. Place a second sheet of brick pastry on top and press firmly.
  4. Place on a baking mat and put a second one on top.
  5. Bake until crispy in the oven at 170ÀöC for about 10 minutes.

  1. Heat the mashed potatoes with the milk.
  2. Whisk well with a whisk.
  3. Mix in the allioli and olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add finely chopped chives.
  6. Serve warm with the allioli crackers.
