Crostini with ossenworst and truffle scrambled eggs

Ingredients

Oil
Rosemary
Ossenworst
Eggs
Truffle tapenade
tramezzini

Preparation

  1. Cut tramezzini bread to the desired size.
  2. Brush the bread with rosemary and oil and bake it crispy in the oven.
  3. Press the ossenworst into a cutter shape and place it on the crostini.
  4. Beat two eggs, add a teaspoon of truffle tapenade, and season with pepper and salt.
  5. Make scrambled eggs from this and place it on the ossenworst.
