Ingredients: 15 ml Sugar syrup (1:1); 60 ml Dictador 20 YO; 1 Egg white; 30 ml Fresh lemon juice; Orange peel; 1 dash of bitters

Orange peel

1dash of bitters

Preparation

Fill a cocktail shaker with Dictador 20YO, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, 1 dash of bitters, and the egg white from a fresh egg.
Shake well and then add ice cubes.
Shake again well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with an orange peel.
