Preparation
- Add a little seaweed powder to the pancake batter.
- Cook the pancakes as described in the basic recipe (see basic recipe at the bottom of the page).
- Blanch the samphire.
- Top the pancakes with Dutch shrimp, samphire, spring onion, and crème fraîche.
- Finish with a few tomberry tomatoes.
