Try this summery, sweet coffee with falernum and caramel syrup!

Ingredients

30mlEspresso
20mlMonin Falernum syrup
Whipped cream
120mlWhole milk
L'Artiste de Monin caramel
Tiki glass

Preparation

  1. Add the syrup to the glass.
  2. Froth the milk and brew the espresso.
  3. Swirl the milk and pour it into the glass.
  4. Let the milk rest so the foam and milk can separate.
  5. Carefully pour the espresso through the milk foam.
  6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with L'Artiste de Monin caramel.
