Flammkuchen nachos with guacamole and salsa, made with fresh flammkuchen dough from Tante Fanny.Ingredients
0.5Fresh green pepper
1Tante Fanny flammkuchen dough roll
2Tomatoes
80mlNeutral oil
150gGrated cheddar
1Taco or fajita seasoning
300gCherry tomatoes
1Small onion
0.5Lemon juice
1garlic clove
40mlOlive oil
Coriander
Tabasco
2ripe avocados
40mlExtra virgin olive oil
0.5Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat) and use the dough straight from the refrigerator.
- Cut or snip the dough into triangles of approx. 4 cm.
- Put the oil and herbs in a bowl and brush the flammkuchen dough with it, then place the triangles on two baking trays lined with baking paper.
- Bake the trays one after the other at the bottom of the oven for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- For the salsa, finely chop the cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic, and coriander.
- Mix the cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and coriander, and season with salt and Tabasco.
- Pit the avocados.
- For the guacamole, put the avocado with olive oil in a large bowl and mash vigorously with a fork. Add lemon juice to the avocado and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Scoop the tortilla chips into an oven dish after baking.
- Sprinkle with diced tomato, green pepper cut into half rings, and cheese.
- Bake for another 6-8 minutes on the top rack.
- Garnish the baked tortilla chips with coriander as desired and serve with guacamole and salsa.
