
Galette with fennel and bacon
Delicious galette with fennel and bacon, made with fresh quiche and pie dough from Tante Fanny.Ingredients
1Red onion
250gCrème fraîche
100gBacon
1Tante Fanny quiche and tart dough roll
1Fennel
Pepper
Salt
1Green apple
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat) and prepare the dough according to the instructions on the package.
- Season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the dough with the included baking paper directly onto the baking tray.
- Spread the crème fraîche over the dough, leaving about 4 cm free around the edge.
- Finely slice the fennel, apple, and onion and spread over the dough.
- Fold a dough edge over the filling and distribute the bacon over the filling.
- Bake the galette in the middle of the oven for 30 - 35 minutes until golden brown.
