'Fluff' of marshmallow and vanilla

This fluff can be prepared well in advance.

Ingredients

3Egg whites
4Powdered sugar
Vanilla powder
400gGolden syrup
Salt

Preparation

  1. Mix 3 egg whites with 400 grams golden syrup and a pinch of salt. Whip this thick in a KitchenAid with a whisk, after about 10 minutes add 4 tablespoons powdered sugar and some vanilla powder.
  2. This mixture can be stored frozen (for a longer period) or for 3 days in the fridge.
