Fried ham, egg & gratin

Ingredients

Grated cheese
Brick pastry
1Creamy gratin tartlet
Quail egg
Ham cubes

Preparation

  1. Let the gratin tart thaw.
  2. Cut the brick pastry into quarters.
  3. Crumble some gratin onto a pastry point and top with ham cubes and grated cheese.
  4. Press a small well in the center and drop a quail egg into it.
  5. Fold the pastry towards the center and seal well.
  6. Fry the parcels in oil until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve with a fresh yogurt-garlic dipping sauce.
