600gWhite chocolate callets
50gUnsalted butter
Salt
300gWhipped cream
Preparation
- Bring cream with 5 spices to a boil, cool down and leave covered in the fridge overnight.
- Make a caramel from the sugar.
- Heat the cream with 5 spices, remove the caramel from the heat and carefully stir in the warm cream. Then let it boil for 30 seconds and remove from the heat source.
- Stir in the chocolate and butter, line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it. Then cool to room temperature.
- Freeze the tray, cut to desired size, and coat with the tempered chocolate.
