Didess gaufrette red beet
400gGorgonzola
250gMascarpone
50Prosecco

Preparation

  1. Briefly blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Fill a piping bag with the cream and let it set in the refrigerator.
  3. Once set, pipe the cream between the gaufrettes.
