Strawberry gazpacho

This recipe will be presented during the Chef's Table at HANOS Maastricht on July 19, 2022.

Ingredients

165mlTomato juice
4Roasted bell peppers
4Cucumbers
175mlOlive oil
6Basil leaves
800gStrawberries
Salt
85Merklot vinegar

Preparation

  1. Blend everything together and strain.
  2. Season to taste with Taki Taki (spicy tomato juice).
