Gazpacho of tomato, pear and mozzarella

An amazing gazpacho! Lukewarm gazpacho of tomato, pear, and bell pepper, served with mozzarella, crispy ham, and a soft-boiled egg.

Ingredients

300gripe tomatoes
150gpear purée
100ggrilled pepper
75gMozzarella
Pepper and salt
Balsamic vinegar
1Egg
Raw ham

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients, except the raw ham and the egg, in a blender.
  2. Strain the mixture.
  3. Soft-boil the egg.
  4. Place one or two slices of raw ham between paper towels and microwave for 1 minute at full power.
  5. Serve this soup lukewarm (tepid), with a soft-boiled egg and the crispy ham.
