
Gazpacho of tomato, pear and mozzarella
An amazing gazpacho! Lukewarm gazpacho of tomato, pear, and bell pepper, served with mozzarella, crispy ham, and a soft-boiled egg.Ingredients
300gripe tomatoes
150gpear purée
100ggrilled pepper
75gMozzarella
Pepper and salt
Balsamic vinegar
1Egg
Raw ham
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients, except the raw ham and the egg, in a blender.
- Strain the mixture.
- Soft-boil the egg.
- Place one or two slices of raw ham between paper towels and microwave for 1 minute at full power.
- Serve this soup lukewarm (tepid), with a soft-boiled egg and the crispy ham.
