
Goat cheese with tomato, mango and puff pastry
This tart is sweet and soft, but also crispy and sharp. Very flavorful to serve, for example, as a starter.Ingredients

60gGoat cheese
1mango chutney
Puff pastry
Arugula
Fleur de sel
pousse de blette
1honey-mustard dressing
1Egg yolk
Preparation
- Cut the puff pastry to the desired size, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with a little fleur de sel. Bake in an oven at 180°C.
- Slice the tomato thinly and top the puff pastry with it.
- Crumble the goat cheese over the tomato and place in the oven at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Cut the mango into brunoise.
- Place the puff pastry tart with goat cheese on the plate. Dress the arugula with honey-mustard dressing and place together with the Swiss chard on the goat cheese.
- Spoon a few cubes of mango and mango chutney next to the puff pastry tart.
