Gnocchi three cheeses

Fried gnocchi with grilled spinach and gorgonzola sauce.

Ingredients

Gorgonzola
Cream
Grilled baby spinach
Balsamic onion
1units.itemsPack gnocchi

Preparation

  1. Grill the spinach in a perforated pan on the barbecue (200°C, about 3 minutes) with oil and a little salt.
  2. Melt gorgonzola to taste in cream.
  3. Fry the gnocchi for about 2.5 minutes.
  4. Let the gnocchi 'drain' for about 1 minute.
  5. Serve the gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce.
