Fried gnocchi with grilled spinach and gorgonzola sauce.Ingredients
Gorgonzola
Cream
Grilled baby spinach
Balsamic onion

Preparation
- Grill the spinach in a perforated pan on the barbecue (200°C, about 3 minutes) with oil and a little salt.
- Melt gorgonzola to taste in cream.
- Fry the gnocchi for about 2.5 minutes.
- Let the gnocchi 'drain' for about 1 minute.
- Serve the gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce.
