Caprese gnocchi
Pesto
Cream
Garlic
Arugula

Preparation
- Make garlic oil by blending garlic and oil.
- Mix the pesto (see basic green pesto recipe below) with garlic oil, cream, cashew crunch and heat gently.
- Fry the gnocchi for about 2.5 minutes.
- Let the gnocchi 'drain' for about 1 minute.
- Serve the gnocchi with the sauce, freshly chopped cashew crunch, and arugula.
