Mascarpone
Caprese gnocchi
Mini caper berries
Preparation
- Fry the gnocchi for about 2.5 minutes.
- Let the gnocchi 'drain' for about 1 minute.
- Finely chop some caper berries and heat the mascarpone with lemon oil to taste.
- Top the gnocchi with anchovies and caper berries.
